This collection is titled Post De Stijl which starts from the order and abstraction of “De Stijl”, deconstructs the norms of primary colors, and reconstructs them into a monochromatic composition using black, white, beige, green, and purple.

We explored the essential products that align with form, proportion, structure, and bodily movement by overlaying the philosophy “form follows function” onto contemporary functional wear while restraining colors.

The color withdraws itself from the decorative role, serving instead as a backdrop to highlight structure, function, and bodily movement.

By unifying the palette to a single tone, we avoid manipulating impressions through color differences, directing attention to the changes created by form, volume, and bodily movement.

Since we consider the clothing not as sculpture but as “products existing alongside the moving body,” the structure and form for everyday actions are designed. Even in layered oversized pieces, the overlapping construction is engineered to follow bodily movement.

By foregrounding functionality, the inherent texture of the materials is emphasized. This collection summarizes my thoughts and practices that I have been searching for years among the ambiguity between functional wear and fashion.
